Order Placement

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your purchase. The order confirmation includes your order number, order summary and all additional relevant information.

Please note this is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that it has been received. Allow us up to two business days to process your order. Processing time is required so we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. If your order is urgent please send an email with your request and we will attempt to accommodate you.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. SUPERMRKT preserves the right and has the sole discretion to decline and cancel any order for any reason it deems necessary.

Each product’s listed item price is not inclusive of sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will be applied during checkout.

All orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Specific shipping options, rates, and transit times will be displayed during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer for any exclusive releases, brand collaborations and/or specialty products.


International Orders 

Orders shipped outside the U.S. do not include customs fees, duty charges, or brokerage fees. All relevant import taxes and duties are specific to each country and are outside of our control. We are unable to modify, alter or revise product details that will affect the duties and taxes due for your order.

Order Tracking

The tracking information for your order will appear online within one business day after it has been shipped. If the tracking information does not appear online please contact us by emailing so that we can assist you further.

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to SUPERMRKT by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of a re-shipment or a refund of the merchandise. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us by emailing if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not yet received it. For your claim to be processed, we must receive notification of missing packages within three days.

Please note that to protect our customers, we cannot intercept or change a package's shipping address to alter its delivery. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. 

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations

SUPERMRKT cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the original order value.


Exchanges are only possible if you received an incorrect item or size. Exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted. If you have received an incorrect item or size please contact us by emailing


All exclusive releases, brand collaborations and specialty products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Homeware, self-care, electronics, digital products, books, candles, fragrances, underwear, socks, swimwear, sunglasses, and jewelry are all considered final sale.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team must confirm and authorize all requests prior to the return of any merchandise. All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days of the return authorization number’s issuing date.

Packages shipped without a return authorization number may be denied at our discretion.  Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned with all SUPERMRKT and designer garment tags still attached. Returned merchandise that has been altered, damaged, displaying signs of wear, stained, or not in its original condition will not be accepted by SUPERMRKT and will be returned to the customer.

Footwear must be returned displaying no signs of wear and with their original shoebox, cards, dustbag and any additional contents undamaged or they will not be accepted. Shoeboxes should not be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents firmly secured within.

Returns from international orders must be shipped at the buyer’s expense except in instances when the item received was not what was ordered.

Please note that all returns are accepted at the sole discretion of SUPERMRKT. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include refusing to accept the return and re-shipping it back to the purchaser or deducting a fee from the refund to cover the expense of cleaning, repairs, and/or replacements.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved the funds will be returned to you in its original form of payment. The length of time needed for your return to be reflected on your statement is solely dependent on your financial institution.

International orders are not eligible for refunds. Any approved return from an order that was sent to an international destination will be refunded in the form of a gift card or store credit minus the cost of the original shipping fees, duties and taxes.
